Nerida Boutique is based in Wales, UK. We provide womenswear designed to give confidence, comfort, and style.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) 

Payment is taken at the time of order via Shopify’s secure checkout.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but this won’t affect orders already confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

UK delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

Free delivery is available on orders over £70.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Nerida is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors beyond our control but will try our best to help.

5. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty).

Refunds will be issued within 5–7 working days of receiving your return.

Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage costs.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, product descriptions, branding, and website content belong to Nerida.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.

8. Liability

Nerida is not liable for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers.

Loss or damage caused by misuse of products.

9. Privacy

Your personal details are handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

We will never sell or share your data with third parties without consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be handled in UK courts.
