Shipping Policy

At Nerida , we want your order to reach you quickly and safely. Below you’ll find all the details about our delivery options.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 - 3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

During busy periods (sales or new launches), processing may take slightly longer - we’ll keep you updated if so.

2. Delivery Options (UK Only)

We currently ship within the UK.

Standard Delivery: £3.95 (3–5 working days)

Express Delivery: £5.95 (1–2 working days)

Free Standard Delivery: On all orders over £70

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners (Royal Mail, Evri, DPD).

Nerida is not liable for delays once parcels are with the courier.

4. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

5. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at help@neridaofficial.co.uk.

If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please double check your address at checkout. We cannot refund or replace items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
