Nerida Returns Policy

We hope you love your order, but if for any reason it isn’t quite right, you can return it to us for a refund.

Returns Window

You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you’d like to return an item by emailing us at help@neridaofficial.co.uk 

Once confirmed, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Condition of Returns

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.

Please take care when trying on clothing - items returned with marks, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or pet hair may not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

How to Return

Returns must be arranged and paid for by the customer, unless an item is faulty 

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your proof of postage.

Please notify us by email at help@neridaofficial.co.uk so we can log your return and let you know the easiest way to return.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

We will also refund your original standard delivery cost (if applicable).

Return postage costs are not refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty/Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at help@neridaofficial.co.uk , and we’ll cover the cost of your return and arrange a replacement or refund.
